Île-de-France territorial rollout (RL2, RL4, RH1, RH2, RH5)
The Île-de-France demonstrator (plastics, packaging and regeneration sector, RT3) is supported by a first pilot cluster that signed the standard RJ11 data agreement with zero exclusivity, zero influence clause and zero membership directory handover. It is presented in ten timed minutes to ten territorial institutions and closes wave RV2 after the RH1 monthly review, RH2 backup restore test and RH5 fault injection verification.
Pre-launch technical check (RC5 and RF5 probe)
The demonstrator never launches without the public RC5 methodology page online (5 code-served sections) and the hourly RF5 health probe green in a European region.
Verified guarantee A14: The pilot cluster agreement is signed with zero exclusivity or influence clause, and the cluster itself invites its members without ever handing over its membership directory to the network.
The living map mockup was presented to three Greater Paris clusters. Polymeris signed the standard RJ11 agreement first; Cap Digital and Systematic Paris-Region are retained as active relays for workstream RL6.
Rubber, plastics, composites, HDPE/PP/PET regeneration and packaging
First cluster to sign the standard RJ11 agreement following the RC0/RC1 living map demonstration. Independently circulated the call for participation to its Île-de-France members and co-arranged the ten RL4 institutional meetings.

Sustainable digital services, material supply-chain traceability and RGESN ecodesign
Map mockup presented and well received regarding the RG12 open exchange format and RF10 ecodesign budget. Retained as the primary RL6 relay for onboarding traceability solution providers.

Industrial instrumentation, optical sorting sensors and low-carbon processes
Map mockup presented with a focus on matching academic laboratories (ROR) with Île-de-France manufacturers. Retained as the second RL6 relay covering the Paris-Saclay southern corridor and optical sorting equipment.

Every article of the agreement signed with the pilot cluster is tied to an invariant and a public claim verified by an automated test.
Support for the CONHAMA demonstrator across the plastics, packaging and regeneration sector in Île-de-France (RT3, RT7) to field-test open mapping, RG3 source verification and double-opt-in introductions.
This agreement is entered into for a twelve (12) month term with zero exclusivity. The network remains free to sign agreements with any other cluster, trade body, local authority or scientific institution in the same territory or sector.
The pilot cluster holds no editorial control, weighting privilege, promotion right or veto power over actor ranking, synergy computation or the registration of non-member organisations.
The cluster never hands over its membership directory or any personal contact details to the network. The cluster itself sends invitations to its members; only organisations that have given explicit consent join the pilot.
Public-interest data produced or verified during the pilot (excluding trade secrets and personal data) remain in the open graph under Open Licence 2.0 (RG12), with full export and withdrawal rights at any time (INV-13).
Before releasing wave RV2, three operational safeguards verify the registers and the 19 page-18 risks (RH1), isolated restoration of encrypted European backups with mandatory RI4 deletion register purge (RH2), and fault injection testing across all 14 held invariants (RH5).
Wave RV2 ready for closure
Before releasing wave RV2, three operational safeguards verify the registers and the 19 page-18 risks (RH1), isolated restoration of encrypted European backups with mandatory RI4 deletion register purge (RH2), and fault injection testing across all 14 held invariants (RH5).
Verified guarantee A15: Daily backups are encrypted in Europe, restoration systematically purges data erased at an actor's request, and every held invariant is verified by fault injection before the release of each wave.
Backed by the documents generated by RF7 (docs/INVARIANTS.md, docs/ALLEGATIONS.md, docs/DECISIONS.md), the review checks that every risk on page 18 has at least one active workstream and confirms RG2, RI3 and RE7 for graph manipulation.

RT8 (frozen demonstrator scope) is held since RV0; RH6 will carry scope discipline across subsequent waves.
RN4 enforces rule GOV-MAISONS by automated test (four houses maximum, no fifth house).
RN4 and RDX-01 strictly separate CONHAMA from IROKO: no SME day-to-day management feature and no shared database.
RG4 (open public connectors useful before sign-ups) and RL2 (Polymeris first pilot cluster) are delivered in RV2.
RN0, RN1 and RJ5 are held and audited through the RC5 public methodology page served from code constants.
INV-07 (mandatory double opt-in and non-purchasable quotas) is already held in code; RM2, RI7 and RB8 extend it to workspaces.
RG2 (provenance and 4 evidence levels) and RG5 (official identifier resolution SIREN/ROR) are held in RV2.
RJ0/RG3 (6-right licence register), RJ1 (GDPR processing register) and RJ2 (terms/privacy) are held since RV1/RV2.
RT5 and RL4 position CONHAMA as an open inter-institutional connecting infrastructure rather than a competing portal.
RT5 is delivered; code-verifiable neutrality (RN4, RC5) and the RG12 open format provide the structural moat.
RT5 and RC3 centre the network on the eight intent verbs and level-4 operational evidence, outside social feeds.
INV-03 (no off-graph entity, every recommendation explains why) and RC2 (explicit empty response below threshold) block fabrication.
Confirmed during the first RH1 monthly review: RG2 (ban on self-granting evidence levels 2 to 4, already live), RI3 (verified affiliation) and RE7 (bilateral confirmation) carry the safeguard.
INV-01, RJ11/RL2 (zero territorial or sectoral exclusivity) and RB12 (zero ranking advantage) protect independence.
INV-10, INV-15 and RDX-03/RJ7 (reuse register RP-01 to RP-24, separate identity instance) are held by automated scan.
RB11 (Bpifrance / Réseau Entreprendre non-dilutive pipeline with 3 RT4 letters) and RB12 (neutral Ulule campaign) are delivered in RV2.
RF10 caps and publishes engine call volume and footprint; RH3 provides continuous budget monitoring.
RDX-05 and RB11 prioritise non-dilutive funding in wave 1 ahead of any equity round governed by RJ12.
RG12 (10-year stable open exchange format), RH2 (documented backups) and RH8 guarantee reversibility and continuity.
