Legal framework
A short and signed framework before receiving any data from a cluster or a territory. This agreement protects both parties and guarantees the map's neutrality.
This standard agreement governs data sharing between a cluster or territory (the Partner) and CONHAMA (the Network). Its neutrality principles are non-negotiable.
The Partner provides the Network with a list of its members and qualified information (areas of expertise, supported projects). This data is transmitted under the Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab) or a compatible use agreement allowing its indexing, storage, recombination and public display.
The Network commits to using this data exclusively to enrich the public map of the sustainable economy, improve actor discovery and suggest qualified connections. The data is never resold as is.
The Partner remains free to share this same data with any other directory or platform. The Network, for its part, references all relevant actors in a territory, whether or not they are members of the partner cluster.
Data sharing buys no influence. Result ranking on the platform is algorithmic, public and independent of any partnership. The Partner receives no preferential treatment in display order.
The Network never contacts the Partner's members directly without their prior consent (double opt-in). The invitation to actively join the platform is sent by the Partner itself to its members, at its own pace.
The agreement can be terminated at any time, without notice. Upon exit, the Partner can require the deletion of the data it provided, except for data already made public by the members themselves or sourced elsewhere.
